CX Forums management has been studying the virtual event landscape through the challenges of COVID-19. We’ve decided to create a FREE sponsor-supported weekly program called Connext Live! with guided video networking and short presentations (15 minutes) including webinars, fireside chats, guest hosts and panels. Each program can be viewed live or archives can be viewed for unlimited replays at no cost with a simple registration.
The goal of Connext Live! is to create a place for CX professionals to meet each other, share ideas and offer support. We’re birds of a feather, growing together.
