Equally important, there are over 6 hours of time reserved for networking and small group discussions.
CX Forums Executive Summits are more than just a one day event. All Delegates are invited to participate in several online meetings leading to the in-person summit meeting. You can also schedule 1-on-1 meetings with other Delegates before, during and after the event. CX Forums was created to bring new content and fresh ideas to the CX community to help advance the profession while connecting professionals from diverse industries and disciplines. Our goal is to bridge the silos between departments as well as share learnings across industries.
