The CX industry has been growing rapidly and maturing over the past decade. The past few years have challenged everyone’s resilience and creativity as we’ve come to terms with living with viruses, inflation, cultural challenges and budget cuts. In addition, there have been massive tech advances, changes in customer expectations, and the ways people buy, work and live.
It’s been especially challenging with increasing management demands for customer experience to prove it’s value to companies. So where can you turn to connect, share and learn from others who have been there and done that in the CX profession? We’ve got your back!

Have you heard of Dunbar’s number a.k.a. The Rule of 150? British anthropologist Robin Dunbar suggested 150 is the “magic number” of individuals for networking and maintaining relationships. For this reason, CX Forums events are intentionally intimate and attendance is limited to no more than 150 participants at any in-person event.
Big conferences can be exciting, but it’s difficult to make meaningful connections in a crowd. How many times have you been to a large conference and didn’t recall anyone you met the next week? Big trade shows are overwhelming, time consuming and expensive.
Smaller regional events like CX Forums give you space and time where you can meet other people from your area, engage in fun immersive learning experiences and build a lasting network of friends you can trust.
We promise we won’t put you in a room full of strangers wearing headphones.
We’d love to hear your story and ideas for speaking! To be considered as a featured storyteller or keynote speaker at a CX Forums event, please submit your proposal here.
CX Forums speaker and topic selection is guided by our local advisory boards in each market.
