Size Matters

Have you heard of Dunbar’s number a.k.a. The Rule of 150? British anthropologist Robin Dunbar suggested 150 is the “magic number” of individuals for networking and maintaining relationships. For this reason, CX Forums events are intentionally intimate and attendance is limited to no more than 150 participants at any in-person event.

Smaller Events Create Better Relationships

Big conferences can be exciting, but it’s difficult to make meaningful connections in a crowd. How many times have you been to a large conference and didn’t recall anyone you met the next week? Big trade shows are overwhelming, time consuming and expensive.
